4.3.1.2 Sampling: Sample Retention

To ensure the strength of the evaluation, it is important to maximize the number of participants who take part in the study. This means recruiting participants and making sure as many as possible are part of data collection during the study, as well as in any follow-up period. This is true for program participants as well as for any control or comparison group members.
